FORMATION

An active interface between research and learning will be established throughout the project to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Task 4.3 of the project will focus on the link between the project’s research work, the courses delivered and the training sessions. The aim is to train future stakeholders in the agri-food sector in agroecological practices and to ensure a coherent link between research, training courses and project-related work placements. Research and education must advance in tandem to bring about major shifts in agricultural systems towards agroecology. The management of pesticide-free agroecosystems requires transdisciplinary education and holistic approaches. The development of master’s programmes and technical training courses also requires adapted teaching methods and, consequently, pedagogical support for teachers.
